A development of 42no individual industrial units on an unused brownfield site adjacent to an existing established industrial park. The 42 units are spread across six buildings and the design offers flexibility to merge several units to create larger units and for the construction of a first floor/ mezzanine floor.
Evans Architectural prepared all architectural planning drawings and documents including a PAC Report which followed a period of public consultation. Planning permission was subsequently granted and Evans Architectural produced all technical and construction drawings and specifications. We also prepared the conveyance plans for the development. Construction work started in 2019 and currently around half of the buildings have been erected with the first phase approaching completion and will shortly be available for sale and occupation.
