Evans Architectural Ltd were commissioned to prepare the technical and construction package for this project which was initially designed by others. The development is for a proposed swimming pool extension which includes a generous 12 x 5m pool, home gym and games room. The first floor is also extended over the games area to create a large bedroom suite for which a revised planning application was prepared by Evans Architectural.
