A development of 49 industrial units for B1 light industrial/ business use located adjacent to industrial and commercial premises in Bridgend. Classed as a major development, Evans Architectural will lead the planning process including public consultation and production of all subsequent PAC reports and planning documents. A significant area of the development will be retained as natural green space which maintains and promotes ecology in the area.

The development is similar in nature and scale for another industrial development we designed in The Vale of Glamorgan on behalf of the same client. The cladding on this development is arranged in a rando pattern of four shades of grey to improve aesthetics which is often overlooked on industrial developments.
We will be working closely with the civil engineers to prepare a sustainable drainage strategy and an SAB application will be submitted in tandem with the planning application.
