A large open plan rear extension to the ground floor and a smaller rear extension at first floor level. The proposed extension provides space for a modern open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area and retains the existing lounge as a separate space. New crittall style windows/ doors open out onto a new terrace providing views of the mature garden.

The first floor extensions provides space for two new double bedrooms and the existing study is converted into a large family bathroom and the revised landing provides space for an informal working at home office space.

During the design development stage we prepared a number of internal and external options and worked closely with the client to mix and match ideas until the proposal was finalised. Most of our work is produced in three dimension which allows us to present the proposals in a variety of ways including elevations and perspective views from various angles.
